MEET SAM BAYER
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Sam Bayer, PhD, is a transformative educator and former tech entrepreneur who turned his passion for collaborative problem-solving into a mission to help others build stronger relationships. With more than 25 years of experience in win-win methodologies, Sam brings a unique blend of training and real-world success stories – from taking a tech company public to helping teenagers navigate family dynamics.
Sam has successfully built and sold multiple companies, with his last venture growing from a $9,000 investment to a $15 million valuation. He is a student of human connections and a graduate of the Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. He now channels his expertise into teaching others how to transform challenging situations into opportunities for strengthening relationships.
Drawing from his diverse background as a chemist, entrepreneur, non-profit board member, and proud grandfather, Sam developed the A.G.E.N.T. methodology – a straightforward framework that makes collaborative win-win problem-solving accessible to everyone, from high school students to non-profit leaders.
